To place an order, browse our products, select the items you want, and click “Add to Cart.” Once you’re ready, go to your cart, review your items, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

  • Cash on Delivery (available in select areas)

We offer a 7 days return policy on most items. To initiate a return, please refer to our Return and Refund Policy (insert link). Make sure the item is in its original condition and packaging.

Shipping times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Typically, orders are delivered within 5-7 business days for standard shipping and 1-2 days for express shipping.

Currently, we only ship within Pakistan. We are focused on providing the best service locally.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. We can only make changes if your order has not yet been processed for shipping.

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
